Returns and Warranty
We keep it simple.
Up to 90 days after delivery, returns and exchanges are totally free to you.
After that, Topo and Topo Mini are protected by a 7-year warranty, and Om by a 2-year warranty, against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse and improper usage. Failure to follow the "Recommended Use" or heed the "Warnings" on the packaging insert included with your product may void this warranty.
If you purchase via "Buy With Prime", please initiate your return directly from your Prime order confirmation email.
Note: If you purchase through Amazon, you are subject to Amazon's returns policy, but still covered by our warranty.
